Who we are

Quotien provides process mapping and AI implementation services. This policy covers this marketing website. The Quotien application has its own data processing terms, agreed per engagement.

What we collect

• Forms. When you send an enquiry, book a working session, or request access, we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, the workflow you describe, and any appointment preference. We use them to respond to your request and to set up access or a session.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service. It does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and stores no personal identifiers in your browser. We see aggregated page views and anonymized interaction events only.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, processes standard technical request data, such as IP addresses, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not set marketing or tracking cookies, so the site shows no cookie banner.
• We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use the data you submit for model training.

Legal basis and retention

We process form submissions on the basis of your consent and the steps needed before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep lead data for as long as the conversation is active and delete it on request.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under their respective data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@quotien.com and we will respond.
